Why this training matters

Clients in trauma and addiction recovery often struggle with:

  • Dysregulation
  • Overwhelm
  • Shutdown
  • Difficulty engaging
  • Limited access to verbal processing

Sound-based methods offer a gentle, non-verbal pathway to safety, connection, and therapeutic readiness.

This training equips clinicians with practical tools that can be used immediately in sessions and groups.
